Hey everyone! Welcome to the LAST week of school for most and the beginning of swim meets for Summer League. We are excited for the first meet of the season. This is a tri-meet so entries are limited. Please note that these limitations are not in place for future swim meets besides the Relay Carnival and Champs! An updated alpha roster has been posted on SportsYou!  I will post the heat sheet as soon as I receive it (which may be Monday mid-morning). Swim caps should arrive on Tuesday, so where what you have. *If you haven't rsvp'd in Swimtopia for Thursday's swim meet 6.5.25, please do so by Monday evening.

Pool address: 7100 Hensey's Way, Charlotte 28270 

Arrival Time: Swimmers can begin arriving at 5:00pm.

Warmup times as follows: Please note we have in water starts. 5:15-5:30 Brace YMCA (Please arrive at 5pm) 5:30-5:45 MC Makos

Parking: We have two parking lots on either side of the clubhouse and one side of the driveway entrance is available for parking. Please avoid parking around either circle. We will have parking signs up.

Concessions: We will have pizza, candy, chips, sodas, water, and gatorade. Cash and Venmo accepted.

Bring your own chairs. Our baby pool and playground will be closed during the meet. Coolers allowed, NO GLASS, NO ALCOHOL.

Visiting teams will have the backside of the pool deck. Home team will be on the clubhouse & baby pool sides.

Thunder & Lightning: please let your team know that if there is thunder, we will need all swimmers out of the pool, but they can remain on the pool deck. If we see lightning, they must go to their cars to wait. We cannot have anyone on the pool deck at that point. Coaches/Reps may join us in the guard room to discuss rescheduling if needed.
