Team Suits
Uniform - We would like for all swimmers to purchase and wear a team suit, however, you are not required to purchase a team suit. You may wear any previous Y team suit or any suit that does not include another school’s or year round team logo. We are using the same suit as our 2024 season. You do not have to purchase a new suit if your swimmer's suit still fits. Each swimmer will receive a team cap and t-shirt from the coaching staff prior to our first meet. Our team color is PURPLE!

You can visit any local store to gauge swim suit size if needed. Please keep in mind, competitive suits are not sized the same as regular swim suits. They are supposed to fit tight for maximum support and performance.

Helpful equipment to bring to practice/meets
Swimmers must have the proper equipment for practice and meets. Most items you can find on our SwimOutlet.com team store, Amazon, and/or local stores that carry swimwear and equipment.
- practice swim suit
- working goggles (mirrored are recommended since we are swimming outdoors.)
- kickboard
- a pair of flippers
- swim cap (a swim cap for practice is recommended for anyone that has long hair that can get in their eyes while swimming. Swimmers may prefer a silicone cap. They tend to pull less on the swimmer's hair.
- sunscreen
- water bottle
- Barracudas team suit for meets*
*Please purchase your Barracudas team suit from our SwimOutlet Team Store, swimoutlet.com/collections/braceswimteam. Children MUST have a suit to participate in swim meets and wear the team swim cap (league rules).
