IMPORTANT info for Thursday's Swim Meet at Lake Park!

We are looking forward to hosting your team on Thursday night. You are welcome to arrive any time after 4:45 pm. Your team will be able to put their things along the left side of the deck as you enter the pool. Your parents will want to bring chairs to spread out on their side of the deck. Some tables and chairs will be provided for swimmers to sit and eat or play cards, etc.

PLEASE READ - We ask that swimmers do not write with Sharpies on their backs as the marker rubs off on our white chairs and leaves stains.

PLEASE do not set up any chairs between the tape and the white line of the pool deck. We have two sets of Ready Benches (clerk of course). One set will be on your side of the pool and another set is on our side of the pool. We have found that this alleviates a lot of congestion!

We are a 6 lane NO dive pool. All starts are in the water. We have backstroke blocks for use in the Medley Relay and Backstroke events.

Arrive by 5:15pm. Warmups will begin for your team at 5:30. We will have heat sheets ready for you as soon as possible.

Volunteer meetings (timers and judging) will be at 5:35 in our Community Center.

Parking: Parents may park at Central Church located at 3624 Lake Park Rd. From the church, it is a very short walk back to the pool. You may also park along Creft Circle which is a loop around the pool. If you choose to park on Creft Circle or Lake Park Rd, please do not block anyone’s driveway or an alley.

Sand Volleyball Court – We are requesting that NO swimmers play in the sand volleyball court during the meet. Due to our deck set up it is difficult for them to get to the shower to rinse off before their next event.

We offer concessions throughout the meet. The general menu for concessions is hot dogs, noodles, nachos, chips, candy, Gatorade, sodas, and water. We take credit and debit cards, apple pay and cash for concessions. Sammy’s Snowballs will be on site as well.

Pool Location Once you arrive in Lake Park, the Clock Tower is your landmark for the pool. When you see the Clock tower, the pool is behind the Brick community center. Address is 3801 Lake Park Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079.
