Reminders for tonight's banquet, Tuesday June 24th at 6pm at Hemby! The Y will provide the main dish; this year we will be serving a variety of sandwiches (with a gluten-free, meat and veggie options). For dessert, we will offer an ice cream bar. We ask for your help in filling in the pot-luck portion :) The sign up is OPEN on Swimtopia!

Families may arrive no earlier than 5:15pm to enjoy swimming in the pools with friends/family. Park in the lower lot and go straight to the pool. Overflow parking is in the Upper Lot and you may walk down to the pool. Please do not come to the upper gym until at least 5:30/5:45pm to drop off items and set up chairs. Camp pick up is until 6pm and we need to be respectful of that program.

We'll open up the dinner line at 6:30pm. Due to the heat, we will set up tables and chairs in the back room of upper gym. You can cool off and eat there if you'd like. We will move awards presentation outside to the upper gym. Families typically bring their own chairs to sit in the upper gym area. By 7:30/8pm, we'll start the awards presentation. Our evening should conclude around 9pm. EVERY swimmer receives a medal and a certificate. The amount of ribbons that swimmers will received will vary and we will have some specialty awards to hand out.

Overall, this is an evening to have fun with family and friends and celebrate the hard work the swimmers have shown over the past 8 weeks! We'll take team pictures per age group and attempt a TEAM photo. Please wear what's comfortable for you especially with the hot temperatures.
