GATES OPEN: 5pm for swimmers

WARMUPS: Visiting team warm-ups begin at 5:40

PARKING: After lot fills, street parking is available on Birnen and Deer Spring. Park only on one side of the street and avoid parking at yellow emergency access curbs.

SEATING: Visiting team area is on the right/shallow side of the pool, facing the tennis courts. Camping chairs and coolers are fine to bring, please no glass containers of ANY kind.

POOL INFO: We are a 5-lane, 25 yard pool with blocks on the near end and in-water starts on the far end (for younger relays).

CONCESSIONS: Meals include grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken salad sandwiches, and butter noodles. Regular pool snacks are also available.

ADDITIONAL INFO: No alcoholic beverages on the pool deck during the meet. We have a playground and a pond located near our club. For everyone's safety, please ensure that your child is under adult supervision at all times when in or around these areas.

GUEST VENDOR: Carolina Scoops will be our guest vendor on June 1. Cash or card (tap to pay) are accepted.

I have included our entry list. Please let me know ASAP if you do not see your swimmer on the list and you plan on attending the swim meet. Relays will be posted when the heat sheet is released. *If you are not attending the meet, then you will not see your swimmer on the list.

Our cap and t-shirt order has not arrived. I have some caps to hand out to our new families. A reminder of the suit policy - No caps or suits visibly representing year-round, or school swimming programs shall be worn while competing in GCSL meets. Caps should be unmarked or displayed by a GCSL team. Performance enhancing or high-tech suits are not permitted for use. Swimmers shall be limited to a suit constructed of a woven/knit textile material that does not aid in buoyancy or not contain zippers or other fasting systems. The GCSL is a family centric organization with kids ranging from 4-19 at swim meets. Suits worn for competition should have full coverage on both female and male swimmers.
