JCC Welcome Info Attached for June 4th Swim Meet:

Address: Shalom Park, 5007 Providence Rd, Charlotte, NC 28226. Upon entering, there may be a security officer who can direct you. We will use the Outdoor Aquatic Entrance for this meet. It is the parking lot that you run into upon entering off Providence. It's the middle section of Shalom Park with Temple Beth El to the right and the main JCC building to the left.

For the first part of the meet, their second pool will be open. Please remind your swimmers to not use that pool (we cannot find them if they are not in our team area) and that no one is allowed in the other pool once it closes.

We are asking that swim meet people not enter the facility until 5:00pm. Deck space is limited at the JCC. We will have a section for the swimmers to sit. I have assigned a coach responsible for each age group check-in. We will start this process TONIGHT at practice. Please help us by telling your swimmmer that they must check in with the designated coach upon arrival for BOTH practice and meets. 5/6 - Coach Peyton 7/8 - Coach Susie 9/10 - Coach Emily (Tuesdays Coach Rachel) 11/12 - Coach Peyton 13 and up - Coach Zoi

Practice time reminder - gates open at 5:10pm, 6pm, and 7:10pm. 5/6 - 5:15-6pm 7/8 - 5:15-6:15pm 9/10 - 6:20-7:20pm 11/12 - 6 - 7:15pm 13 and up - 7:15 -8:15pm *All swimmers should use the bathroom before entering the pool deck.
