ENTRIES FOR ALL STARS ON SUNDAY 6.28 AT MCAC. As a reminder, teams are only allowed to enter two swimmers per event and one relay team; and alternates. Please read carefully. ALT means you are an alternate and 'A' designates alternate. If you are unable to fulfill the role of an alternate, please let me know asap! 

12:45pm arrival at MCAC, warm ups are at 1:15pm, the meet starts at 2pm.

EVERYONE has done a phenomenal job this season! Please do not be discouraged if you did not qualify this season. Remember the positives you achieved in and out of the water. Continue to set goals and work hard! We'll talk about opportunities to continue swimming at the banquet on Monday night. 

Remember there is regular practice for everyone on Wednesday and Thursday 6/24 and 6/25. We will work on preparing for All Stars and having some team fun!
