Hey everyone!  I cannot thank you enough for all the help this season; from volunteering to carrying things and beyond.  We have the best swim team families here at Brace!  I wanted to touch base with the upcoming schedule:

Happy preparation for tonight's swim meet at Summerwood!  There will be some relay changes especially among the 13-14 age group that I will figure out upon arrival at the meet.  Stay hydrated, stretch, eat healthy, bring something to refuel, and rest!
